A GWR Publicity view of the Wellington Monument in Londons Hyde Park, in June 1929. The 5.5m high statue of Achilles was erected in 1822 to honour the Duke of Wellingtons victories in the Peninsular War and Napoleonic Wars and was made from captured enemy cannon from Salamanca, Vittoria, Toulouse and Waterloo

A1 Poster (84.1 x 59.4cm, 33.1" x 23.4" inches) printed on 170gsm Satin Poster Paper. Securely packaged, rolled and inserted into a strong mailing tube and shipped tracked.
