This photograph was taken on 21st June 1922 at Paddington Station, and shows a grand reception for Edward, Prince of Wales upon his return to Britain after his four month long tour of India.
The towering overall roof of the train shed can be seen in the image and the platforms have been decorated with bunting and flags
