Weymouth pier bandstand, about 1939
This GWR publicity image shows the seaward portion of Weymouth's pier bandstand. It opened in 1939 and was built by Christiani Neilson to an Art Deco style. This part of the bandstand was demolished in 1986 with only the landward portion now remaining

Weymouth Harbour, August 1929
A GWR publicity imaging showing a view across Weymouth Harbour to the Pavilion. The Pavilion opened in 1908 but was rebuilt in the late 1950s after a fire. Just in front of the pavilion, in this view, was the Weymouth Quay railway station. It served the many boats coming in and out of the harbour
