A view of Eardington station in Shropshire, c.1960s. Taken from the side of a train at the station, the image shows the small station building or shelter and the platform. Eardington opened in June 1868 to serve the nearby iron works, and became an unstaffed halt in 1949. The station closed in September 1963 but reopened as a preserved station on 23rd May 1970 as part of the Severn Valley Railway Heritage Line. However in 1982 it ceased to be a regular stop

16x12 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexiglass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
Ready to Hang Contemporary Framed and Mounted Prints. To ensure the paper is held securely the visible picture may be marginally smaller than quoted.
